Neuer Becomes Bundesliga’s All-Time Winningest Player

Manuel Neuer is now the record holder for moast Bundesliga wins in history as 1963. The 3-0 victory at Eintracht Frankfurt marked his 362nd win in his 529th game for Bayern Munich and FC Schalke 04. He shares this record with 39-year-old Thomas Müller (362 wins in 503 games), who departed Munich for Vancouver this summer.

“This is definitely cool. I’m happy to share it with Thomas,” Neuer said after the match at the Frankfurter Arena, speaking to “Sky.” Neuer has the opportunity to claim the record outright during the international break, in the top game against Borussia Dortmund on October 18th at 6:30 p.m. in the Allianz Arena – or at any point during the remainder of his current contract.
