ALPHARETTA, Ga.- The No. 14/19 Pepperdine men’s golf team is tied for fourth after Saturday’s second round of the Golf Club of Georgia Collegiate,held at the par-72,6,993-yard Golf Club of Georgia course.
Senior Brady Siravo surged 22 spots on the second day with his 4-under 68. His bogey-free round propelled him into seventh place, wich helped Pepperdine stay in the top five. mahanth chirravuri is in third after his 1-under 71 second round, giving him a two-round total of 7-under 137.The Waves are tied with USC with a two-round score of 8-under 568.
Virginia, the nation’s top team, leads the way with a 17-under 559, while duke (16-under 560) and Charlotte (10-under 566) round out the top three.
