Sean “Diddy” Combs, currently incarcerated in Brooklyn awaiting trial on charges of racketeering and sex trafficking, faces yet another wave of disturbing lawsuits. One lawsuit alleges that Combs sexually assaulted a 10-year-old aspiring rapper during a hotel audition in 2005.

Allegations Against Diddy: Childhood Sexual Assault

A lawsuit filed in New York state court by a plaintiff identified as John Doe claims he was 10 years old when he accompanied his parents to Manhattan to meet with music industry executives, including Combs. According to the lawsuit, a consultant hired by his parents delivered him to a hotel room, leaving him alone with Combs.

The plaintiff alleges he was given a soda laced with drugs, causing him to become incapacitated. He claims Combs then pushed him down, exposed himself, and forced oral sex upon him. The lawsuit further states that the plaintiff suffered severe trauma, depression, and anxiety as a result of the alleged assault.

Second Lawsuit: Alleged Sexual Assault During “Making the Band” Audition

A second lawsuit filed on Monday by another John Doe plaintiff alleges that in 2008, when he was 17 years old, he participated in a three-day audition for the reality show “Making the Band.” He claims that during private meetings, Combs began groping him and asking inappropriate questions about handling “sexual pressure” in the music industry.

The lawsuit alleges that Combs forced the plaintiff to perform oral sex and sodomized him on the second day of the audition. On the third day, Combs and a bodyguard allegedly assaulted him, framing it as a test of his willingness to do “anything necessary” to succeed in the music industry. The plaintiff claims his discomfort led to his elimination from the competition.

Mounting Legal Troubles for Diddy

These recent lawsuits add to a growing number of allegations against Combs. Following accusations by singer Jennifer Lopez, multiple other women stepped forward with rape claims, leading to Combs’ indictment by a grand jury last month. Combs, 54, has pleaded not guilty to all charges. His trial is scheduled for next May.

Judge Arun Subramanian, overseeing Combs’ criminal case, recently issued an order urging all parties involved to adhere to evidence rules and maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information related to the trial.

If convicted, Combs faces a minimum sentence of 15 years and a maximum of life imprisonment.

Stay tuned for further developments in this ongoing legal saga.
