Vietnam: More than a quarter of a million people are evacuated ahead of typhoon Bualoi hitting land.
The typhoon will reach the country’s coastal areas around 2 pm Norwegian time with wind gusts of up to 130 kilometers per hour.
In the big city when nang centrally in Vietnam,evacuation is prepared by more than 210,000 people,while just over 30,000 living in the coastal areas are moved to safer areas.
