Ángel Pinto, Director of the University School of Health Sciences (EUCS), stated that the university anticipates a decision regarding accreditation within the next semester.”we are already in the last procedures regarding Coneau,” Pinto explained, adding that the timeline ultimately rests with the accreditation body.
Following CONEAU’s approval, the university will focus on securing the necessary resources to launch the program. this includes allocating funding for faculty recruitment, establishing modern laboratory facilities, and securing clinical training partnerships with local hospitals and healthcare centers. The goal is to create a program that offers a high-quality, free education, comparable to the best medical schools in the country.
