USWNT Announces January Training camp Roster and Upcoming Matches

ATLANTA (Jan. 8, 2026) – U.S. Women’s National Team head coach Emma Hayes has named a 26-player roster for a January training camp scheduled to be held at the Dignity health Sports Park in Carson, California. The camp will culminate in international amiable matches against Paraguay on January 24 at DHSP and against Chile on January 27 at Harder Stadium in Santa Barbara, california.Tickets for both matches are available through U.S. Soccer.
Roster Highlights & Key Returns
The roster includes the return of forward trinity Rodman, who most recently appeared for the USWNT in a 2-0 victory over Brazil. Rodman, 23, leads the team with 47 caps and 11 goals and brings valuable experiance to the squad. Notably, this camp falls outside of a FIFA international window, resulting in a roster comprised entirely of players from the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL), with Rodman currently a free agent.
New Faces and Youth Movement
Hayes has called up four players who will be vying for their first senior team caps: forwards Maddie Dahlien (Seattle Reign FC) and Reilyn Turner (Portland Thorns FC),and midfielders Riley Jackson (North Carolina Courage) and Sally Menti (Seattle Reign FC). Dahlien and Jackson both played significant roles in the USA’s third-place finish at the 2024 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup in Colombia (U.S. Soccer).
Several other players on the roster also have recent youth national team experience, including defenders Jordyn bugg and Gisele Thompson, midfielder Claire Hutton, and forward Ally Sentnor.This highlights the sustained emphasis on developing young talent and building a pathway from the youth national teams to the senior team.
