Batang-Semarang Toll Road Rates Increase by 29.6%

Jakarta – PT Jasamarga Semarang Batang (JSB) has implemented a 29.6% increase in toll rates for the Batang-Semarang toll road, effective March 7, 2026, at 00:00 WIB. The adjustment is based on the results of investment feasibility studies and business plan evaluations, and is not tied to annual inflation.

Details of the Tariff Adjustment

According to an official statement on JSB’s Instagram page, the tariff adjustment is in accordance with the Decree of the Minister of Public Works Number 18 KPTS/M/2026, dated January 7, 2026, concerning the determination of vehicle types and adjusting toll rates on the Semarang-Batang Toll Road section.

The fresh toll rates are as follows:

  • Class I Vehicles (Batang/Pasekaran to Kalikangkung/Semarang): IDR 144,500 (previously IDR 111,500) – an increase of approximately IDR 33,000 or 29.6%.
  • Class II & III Vehicles (Batang/Pasekaran to Kalikangkung/Semarang): IDR 216,500 (previously IDR 167,500) – an increase of 29.3%.
  • Class IV & V Vehicles (Batang/Pasekaran to Kalikangkung/Semarang): IDR 289,000 (previously IDR 223,000) – an increase of 29.6%.
