Update on Boy Injured in Sunny Beach ATV Accident

Nikolay popov,the father of 12-year-old Siana,who was killed in the crash,shared data about the condition of 4-year-old Martin on Facebook. The boy was struck by an ATV in Sunny Beach and transported to the hospital in Burgas, then to UMBALSM “Pirogov.”

Here’s what Popov wrote:

“Marty’s condition remains unchanged. There is no deterioration, and his vital indicators are stable. The doctors at UMBALSM “Pirogov” are providing the necessary care. In short: We are waiting for him to wake up.”

Recovery after such trauma takes time and cannot happen instantly. The child remains in a coma.

There is no change in Marty’s mother’s condition. The situation remains hopeless. Christina has a fully damaged and non-functioning brain.Her young and healthy heart continues to work, and her life is being artificially maintained by medical equipment.

I do not know if reckless people on the streets are aware of the devastation they cause their victims. Prison sentences pass, time goes by, but our children, mothers, fathers, and grandparents never return. Some remain here, traumatized for life. Others are left disabled…
