State Fair of West Virginia Announces 15th Annual Christmas Barn Decorating Contest
The State Fair of West Virginia is pleased to announce its 15th annual Christmas Barn Decorating Contest, offering an opportunity for local organizations to showcase their creativity and festive spirit. this year’s contest is open to businesses, nonprofit organizations, school groups, and other civic organizations, with participants decorating the east end of ten horse barns located at the State Fairgrounds in Lewisburg, West Virginia, adjacent to Route 219 North.
Decorations must be completed by 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 23rd. Judging will be conducted in two categories: businesses and nonprofits. Attractive prizes will be awarded to the top three entries in each category, with first place receiving $300, second place $200, and third place $100. Winners will be announced by December 20th.
Barn assignments will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Interested organizations are encouraged to apply promptly to secure a space.
