She explained that after missing out on the initial ticket release, she and her sister turned to resale listings.

“we got tickets to the Montreal show,we paid literally $2500 each to be on the floor. It was so expensive, but we were like, ‘we’ve just got to do it’, Ariana Grande is our favorite artist. It is what it is.”

But things quickly went south. The tickets were cancelled hours later.

“About two hours later, we got an email saying that Ticketmaster cancelled our tickets. That’s when panic started to set in, and we quickly jumped on the phone to Ticketmaster,” Ms Campbell said.

According to Ms campbell, Ticketmaster advised her to try to get tickets again.

“We tried to get tickets to the same show, but different seats….but it wouldn’t go through.

Ariana Grande Addresses Fan Frustration Over ‘Eternal Sunshine’ Tour Ticket Resale Prices

Fans of Ariana Grande are expressing critically important frustration over inflated resale ticket prices for her upcoming “Eternal Sunshine” tour, with some tickets listed at many times their original value. The issue arose after many fans were unable to secure tickets during the initial presale and general release. Grande has acknowledged the problem and stated she is working to find a solution.

Ticket Resale Issues and Fan Disappointment

Reports have surfaced of exorbitant resale prices for tickets to the “Eternal Sunshine” tour. One fan, Ms. Campbell, shared on social media that even tickets priced well above expectations were being purchased by scalpers. This situation has left many dedicated fans unable to attend the concerts.

The high demand and limited availability of tickets have fueled a secondary market where prices have skyrocketed. Some tickets are being listed for more than ten times their original face value, making them inaccessible to many fans. This practice is a common issue with high-profile concert tours, but has sparked particular outrage among Grande’s fanbase.

Ariana Grande’s Response

Ariana Grande, 32, responded directly to the backlash via Instagram Stories, expressing her concern and commitment to addressing the issue. She stated she had been actively working to find a solution during her free time.

“Hi my angels, I have been on set all week but i wanted to let you know that what’s been happening with the secondary ticket resellers has been brought to my attention and of course i am incredibly bothered by it,” Grande wrote. [Instagram Link]

“I’ve been on the phone every second of my free time fighting for a solution. I hear you and hopefully, we will be able to get more of these tickets into your hands instead of theirs. it’s not right.

“I just wanted you to know that my team and i see it and that i care very much and we will do, and are doing, everything we can. i love you so much and thank you for your patience and understanding,” she concluded.
