After an attack with a pepper spray in Kaltennordheim (Schmalkalden-Meiningen district), the Meiningen district court stopped the procedure for requirements. The court imposed 50 hours of non-profit work against the 24-year-old defendant.
According to the court, the statements of the seven witnesses were too contradictory in order to form a final opinion. The defendant himself said he had acted out of self -defense.
