Polar Bears Face Growing Risk of Disease Due to Climate Change

As the Arctic warms at an alarming rate, polar bears are facing a new threat: disease. A recent study has revealed a significant increase in the number of polar bears carrying viruses, bacteria, and parasites in the Chukchi Sea, a region between Alaska and Russia.
