“How do we break out of this dilemma?” GKids has revealed the frist official trailer for the animation sequel The Legend of Hei 2, another box office hit in China alongside Ne Zha 2. This film follows a “new mission” from the Monster Hall. Xiaohei and his senior sister Luye begin a new adventure to uncover a series of mysteries and find the truth. The original The Legend of Hei (featuring a super cute black cat) debuted in 2019 – the cat is actually the wood sprite Xiaohei. With gorgeous, hand-drawn animation from directors MTJJ & Gu Jie, The Legend of Hei 2 is the highly anticipated sequel to the 2019 film, offering an emotional and action-packed story for both new and returning viewers.
