Stuhr,04/09/2025 – The United Robotics Group (URG) has reorganized: United Robotics Health & Food GmbH has taken over the patent,brand and contents regarding all product series (Ulab,ulog,Userve,Uclean) and is now under the name United Robotics Group (Holding). The operational existing business is continued seamlessly by the new United Robotics Group (Holding). At the same time, Kerstin Wagner strengthens the management of the company as a new CO-CEO & COO alongside founder and CEO Wassim Saeidi. The internationally prosperous health and diagnostic expert (previously Siemens Healthineers) started in January 2025 as VP Global partnerships and Strategy at the United Robotics group. With her, United Robotics Group now consistently focuses on the healthcare industry- with the aim of scaling existing products globally, bringing innovations into the market faster and effectively meeting the shortage of skilled workers in health and service industry.
