Lacplesa Plaza: Rera‘s New Riga Office Development

Real estate developer Rera is expanding its portfolio in riga with the development of lacplesa Plaza, a new four-story office building. This project marks Rera’s fourth real estate development in Latvia’s capital, following three residential projects already underway.

Currently under active construction at 76 Lacplesa Street, Lacplesa Plaza is already over 75% leased.Completion is anticipated in the summer of 2026.

The building offers a total area of 1617 square meters. this is divided into 405 square meters of retail space and 1212 square meters dedicated to offices.

“The size of the commercial space can be customized to the needs of the tenants both during and after construction. Rooms between 30 and 200 square meters are available, so the project provides flexibility for a variety of business solutions. The premises will be suitable for small teams and larger companies,” explains Evgeny Kiselova, Colliers Baltics.

Lacplesis Plaza benefits from a strategic location alongside a new Lidl store and proximity to the future Rail Baltica terminal. The surrounding area is experiencing meaningful development,including five new residential buildings and the Factory (HYPP) multifunctional business complex. Key nearby centers include Novira Plaza,Origo,and the Zuzeum Arts Center. The building is situated in Riga’s historic industrial district, an area undergoing revitalization following the demolition of the former glue factory.
