Steven Seagal Launches New Company in Russia

Actor Steven Seagal has founded a new company in Russia,named Hikari,according to data from the single State Register of Legal Entities,as reported by RBK. The company was officially registered on August 26, 2025. Dmitry Suhodolov serves as its CEO.

Seagal holds a 34% stake in Hikari.His son, Dominic, is also a co-founder, with a 33% share. Eco-Invest 23 also holds a 33% share in the company.

Hikari specializes in business consulting and management. The company’s stated activities include the trade of vehicles, furniture, household goods, and food products.

Beyond sales, Hikari is also involved in the recycling of used plastic.

This isn’t the first business venture seagal has undertaken in Russia.
