Saturday, July 12th: Competition and Evening Festivities
The festival commences on Saturday with the opening of the event grounds at 6:30 a.m., followed by organizational preparations. Judging commences promptly at 7:00 a.m., ensuring a fair and accurate assessment of each competitor’s performance. At 7:30 a.m., the official appeal process begins, allowing for any challenges to be addressed. The core of the competition – the swinging events – will begin at 7:45 a.m.
A midday respite is scheduled between 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. for a lunch break, allowing competitors and attendees to refuel. The swinging competition resumes at 1:00 p.m., continuing throughout the afternoon. As evening descends,attendees can enjoy musical entertainment beginning at 7:30 p.m. within the festival marquee,featuring a performance by Fade Degree.
Sunday, July 13th: Championship Rounds and Grand Finale
Sunday marks the culmination of the festival. The event grounds open at 6:00 a.m.,preparing for the final day of competition. Judges will convene at 7:15 a.m. for a final briefing. Swinging events will resume at 8:00 a.m., with competitors vying for top honors.
A banquet-style lunch will be served from 11:30 a.m. in the OSZ area, providing a relaxed atmosphere for networking and camaraderie. The swinging competition continues after lunch, leading to the highly anticipated final round, scheduled for approximately 4:30 p.m.The festival concludes with musical entertainment from Echo Valley, starting at 4:30 p.m.in the marquee, providing a celebratory end to a weekend of thrilling competition and cultural immersion.
