Apple’s March 2026 Product Lineup: MacBook Neo, Studio Displays, and More
March has been a busy month for Apple, with the unveiling of over ten new products and accessories. While some updates consisted of faster chips or new color options, the standout releases include the all-new MacBook Neo and Studio Display XDR.
New Products Announced
Alongside the MacBook Neo and Studio Display XDR, Apple introduced an iPhone 17e, updated iPad Air models with the M4 chip, MacBook Air models featuring the M5 chip, 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro models with M5 Pro and M5 Max chips, an updated Studio Display, AirPods Max 2, and the Nike Powerbeats Pro 2. New accessories include iPhone cases, Apple Watch bands, and an iPhone Crossbody Strap available in colors like Bright Guava, Vanilla, Soft Pink, Clementine, and Electric Lavender.
iPhone 17e
The iPhone 17e maintains the design of the iPhone 16e but incorporates Apple’s A19 chip, MagSafe for magnetic wireless charging and accessories, and a second-generation C1X modem for improved 5G speeds. Base storage has been doubled to 256GB. In the U.S., the iPhone 17e starts at $599, the same price as the iPhone 16e.
iPad Air (M4)
The new iPad Air features Apple’s M4 chip, increased to 12GB of RAM, and the N1 chip with Wi-Fi 7 support. Cellular models as well include the C1X modem.
MacBook Air (M5)

MacBook Pro (M5 Pro & M5 Max)
The 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro models now feature M5 Pro and M5 Max chips, up to twice as quick SSD speeds, and doubled base storage to 1TB. Battery life has seen a slight increase, and the N1 chip provides Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 6 support.
Studio Display Updates
The standard Studio Display now supports Thunderbolt 5 and has improved speakers, with the camera now offering Desk View. A higher-complete Studio Display XDR was also released, boasting all the benefits of the standard model plus a 120Hz refresh rate, mini-LED backlighting, increased brightness, and enhanced contrast.
MacBook Neo
The MacBook Neo is available in Blush, Citrus, Indigo, and Silver, starting at $599 (and $499 for college students). It’s powered by the A18 Pro chip from the iPhone and includes a 13-inch display and up to 512GB of storage, with 8GB of RAM.
AirPods Max 2
AirPods Max 2 offer upgrades over the previous generation, including Apple’s H2 chip, increased active noise cancellation, improved sound quality, Adaptive Audio, Conversation Awareness, Voice Isolation, and Live Translation. The Digital Crown now features a Camera Remote function.
