Jakarta – Toll road users traveling during the 2026 Eid al-Fitr homecoming period will benefit from significant discounts on the Trans Java Toll Road. The discounts, implemented by PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk, aim to ease traffic flow and reduce travel costs for millions of Indonesians returning to their hometowns.
Discount Details and Dates
The toll rate discounts will be applied on March 15-16, 2026, for homecoming traffic, and again on March 26-27, 2026, for return traffic. The discounts reach up to 30 percent and require payment via electronic money.
Additional Discounts on Semarang-Batang Section
Travelers on the Semarang-Batang toll road section will receive an even greater benefit, with an additional 23% discount in effect from March 12, 2026, at 00:00 WIB to March 31, 2026, at 24:00 WIB. This additional discount is part of a Ramadan stimulus package and is intended to further facilitate travel during the Eid al-Fitr season. PT Jasa Marga announced these measures.
Toll Rate Examples
For Class I vehicles traveling from GT Cikampek Utama to GT Kalikangkung, the usual toll rate of IDR 446,500 will be reduced to IDR 289,450. Here’s a breakdown of the discounted rates for different vehicle classes:

- Class II & III: IDR 447,300 (previously IDR 686,000)
- Class IV & V: IDR 588,700 (previously IDR 907,000)

The discount applies to continuous travel in one direction – either for the homecoming or return journey. PT Jasa Marga emphasizes the importance of ensuring sufficient e-toll or electronic money balance, as the discount will not be applied if the balance is insufficient. PT Jasa Marga projects that 3.6 million vehicles will leave the Jabodetabek area via toll roads during the 2026 Eid al-Fitr homecoming season.
