“The traffic jam started spreading from Palmerah Station, but was still moving at that point. It really started to get stuck from the gas station near the purification site. I was there around 5:30 PM, and it was only a little bit moving untill I reached the Karet Station intersection at 6:30 PM, where it became severely congested,” Jihan said during an interview on wednesday night (September 24, 2025).
Amidst the gridlock,Jihan reported witnessing a motorcyclist collapse and fall from their bike. Fellow motorists quickly assisted the rider, providing aid on the sidewalk.
“While stuck, a motorcyclist screamed for help because the rider next to him fainted,” Jihan added.
