Russian Scientist Alleges Western Plot for Global Population Reduction
A prominent Russian scientist with close ties to Vladimir Putin has publicly claimed that Western nations are actively devising a plan to drastically reduce the global population, reserving survival for a small elite who will be served by advanced robotics. These remarkable allegations were made by Mikhail Kovalchuk, Director of Russia’s Kurchatov Nuclear Research Institute, during a recent address to a forum of school teachers in Moscow.
Kovalchuk, 77, asserted that Western countries are preparing to unleash a highly lethal disease with the intent of substantially diminishing the world’s population.
