Pelindo Announces Board of Directors and Commissioner Reshuffle
Jakarta, CNN Indonesia — PT pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero), or Pelindo, announced the reshuffle of its board of directors and commissioners. Former Deputy Chairperson of the Gerindra Party Arief Poyuono has been appointed as Commissioner.
Along with Poyuono, according to the decree of the Minister of SOEs and President Director of PT and between Asset Management on September 19, 2025, several Pelindo executives were dismissed and their duties transferred. New directors have also been appointed.
“As of September 19, 2025, the term of office for Hambra as Deputy President Director and Andus Winarno as a member of the Board of Commissioners has ended,” Pelindo stated in a disclosure on monday, September 22.
