“That child who is in the room,please let him out first. The child who is being held captive,let him out first,” said someone in the video seen detikcom Friday (10/10/2025).
Home security explained that a group of residents came at around 01.00 WIB to pick up one of the employees. “Several tens of people came hear, almost 20 or more. They were screaming for Marta to be let out. That’s why there was no fuss about the confinement,” he said. The police who came to the location helped calm the situation and secured the victim for further examination.
2. Residents Return to Retrieve More Employees
It didn’t stop there, residents returned to the nursing home in the evening. They came to pick up a number of other female employees who were still working there.After dialog for about an hour and a half, the five female employees decided to resign and go home with the residents.
“I represent the family, on behalf of the younger siblings who are here to say thank you because they are now allowed to go home. Earlier the handover was carried out by the foundation, Mrs. Ana herself together with the Manpower Office, handed it over directly to us,” said the family representative, Father Kristo when met at the location, Friday (10/10/2025) evening.
The employee’s attorney, Francisco de Tango, added that the employees resigned because they were traumatized.
