Colombia’s President Reacts to US Visa Revocation with ‘I Don’t Care’

Jakarta – The United States withdrew the visa of Colombian President Gustavo Petro. Petro responded by stating he does not care about the revocation.

Petro was accused of inciting participation in pro-Palestinian demonstrations on the streets of New York City,leading to the visa revocation.

According to a statement released by the US Department of State on saturday, September 27, 2025, Petro urged US troops not to follow orders and incited violence while in New York to attend the United Nations General Assembly.
