Only the owners of the safe have access to the beach, there is an excavator and divers on the spot

The seaside town of Tsarevo dug under an increased police presence after the news of a disappeared safe with 2 million leva and gold bars caused a real “gold fever” on the southern Black Sea coast. Authorities have introduced strict restrictions on access to beaches that have been declared a forbidden area to control the influx of people who went in search of rapid wealth.

From the early hours of all entrances to the city, checkpoints have been built. The police thoroughly check each car and does not allow persons to enter without good reason for residence in the area. The measures aim to stop the crowds of treasure hunters who have literally “flooded” the beach in recent days.

On the strip itself,where it is assumed that the sea has thrown or broken the safe is located a second control perimeter. Patrol staff guard the area and do not allow anyone to access, except for those involved in the official search.

Only the owners of the lost treasure,their relatives and specially hired team have the right to search the area. The large -scale operation includes heavy equipment, including an excavator that sifted out tons of sand and silt, and also a team of professional divers exploring the sea floor near the shore.
