Moscow – Russia offers nuclear dialogue with the United States of America (USA), after President Donald Trump accused Moscow of carrying out secret underground nuclear tests.The dialogue is intended to reduce tensions between the two countries which both have the most nuclear weapons in the world.

Russia has carried out tests of nuclear-powered and nuclear-capable weapons systems in recent weeks, but has rejected Trump’s accusations that it secretly detonated nuclear devices.

Trump sparked concern and confusion last month when he announced he had ordered the Pentagon to restart nuclear weapons tests, in response to tests by Russia and China. Both Moscow and Beijing deny carrying out nuclear tests.
