Trump Angered by Continued Russian Attacks on Ukraine, Threatens More Sanctions

Washington DC – United States President Donald Trump is threatening to impose further sanctions against Russia after Moscow launched what is reported to be the largest air strike against Ukraine.

A barrage of Russian missiles and drones struck various regions of Ukraine on Sunday morning, killing at least four people and igniting fires at government offices in the capital city of Kyiv.

Trump, as reported by AFP on Monday (2025/09/08 09:45:05), told reporters that he was “not happy with the whole situation.” He stated he is prepared to enact a series of new sanctions against Moscow.
