Miami-Dade Property Taxes See Big Changes for 2025-2026
Miami-Dade County, Florida, faces significant changes in property taxes for the Fiscal Year 2025-2026. At least nine cities will raise taxes, with some increases reaching up to 64%, while others will lower rates. Each city makes its own decisions, creating a mixed situation for taxpayers.
According to Univision, the new property tax rates are uneven because each city makes its own choices. Some residents will see much higher bills, while others will benefit from lower taxes.
