Miami-Dade County, Florida, faces significant changes in property taxes for the Fiscal Year 2025-2026. At least nine cities will raise taxes, with some increases reaching up to 64%, while others will lower rates. Each city makes its own decisions, creating a mixed situation for taxpayers.
